Buyer FAQ

Do you accept returns or exchanges? No, the return policy states, all sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your artwork to discuss soltutions.

Can you hold a piece for me? Yes, I offer flexible payment plans so you can claim your favorite painting before anyone else while being conscientious of your budget. I mark the painting as sold when I receive your deposit. You receive the artwork when your payments are complete. 

How do I set up a payment plan? Contact me through the contact page on my website and I will set up a plan that makes sense for you. This will be arranged via email.

Are prices non-negotiable? For paintings priced under $1000, prices are non-negotiable. 

Is the work signed? All original artwork is signed. If the painting is small, the work may be initialed on the front, with a signature on the back. All work, also comes with a certificate of Authenticity that states the name of the work, medium, date it was created and includes the signature of the artist.

Is the work insured? Yes, all artwork is insured with the shipping carrier for the full value of the painting. Insurance cost is calculated into the shipping fee.

Do you offer commissions? Yes! Click on the Commissions tab to read about my current commission offerings. More types of commissions (acrylic or oil, larger scale, varying subject matter) are also available, just reach out to me via the contact form so we can discuss your dream piece. I am also available for mural commissions. I always welcome inquiries if you have a commission idea in mind. Reach out via the contact form and let's discuss!

US Shipping: Shipping within the continental US will be calculated at checkout. All artwork is packaged to quality industry standards and will come with tracking. A signature will be required upon delivery for security. 

International Shipping:

All works ship internationally with a little extra step. I need to create a specific estimate for your location. Artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
